Established in 1986, Pratt Agencies is a family owned and operated Livestock and Real Estate business situated in Murgon in the centre of The South Burnett region, approximately 2.5 hours from Brisbane. Located in Murgon's CBD, Pratt Agencies specializes in Livestock, Real Estate, Property Management, Auctions and are stockists of quality brand name Country clothing. Our aim is to give personalized, professional service and customer satisfaction.

The Pratt Family have been involved with the Livestock Industry in the Burnett since 1948. Liveweight cattle and calf sales are conducted each fortnight on Tuesday at Murgon's SBLX Selling Complex. Weaner sales are held each May and June attracting upwards to 5000 plus Burnett weaners. Bull sales are also conducted.

Real Estate plays a major part in the Business, handling both Rural & Residential Listings & Sales. The Business is an REIQ Accredited Member Office and the staff pride themselves on their ethics, morals and honesty as well as the service given to their clients. Property Auctions and Clearing Sales are our specialty.

Pratt Agencies also has a property management division handling rentals in Murgon, Wondai, Goomeri and surrounding areas. Pratt Agencies uses and relies on the most up to date information from the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) as well as the REIQ to maintain and operate its' rent roll.
